Terms of Service
1. Who we are
Wordivo ("Wordivo", "we", "us") is a language-learning service operated by ФОП Branickiy Yurii Yuriyovych (ФОП Браницький Юрій Юрійович), Ukraine, 08330, Kyiv Oblast, Boryspilskyi District, village of Dudarkiv, Sonyachna Street, building 9a, tax ID (РНОКПП) 3510205975. Contact: hello@wordivo.co.
When you buy a subscription, your contract for the sale is directly with us — we are the seller. Payments are processed by LiqPay (PrivatBank), our payment service provider; LiqPay handles the card transaction but is not a party to the sale contract itself.
2. The service
Wordivo is a Telegram-based vocabulary-practice tool using spaced repetition. It is offered to (a) individual learners and (b) teachers who assign vocabulary to their students. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.
3. Accounts
You access Wordivo through your Telegram account and are responsible for activity under it. You must be at least 16 years old, or have guardian consent.
4. Subscriptions & billing
- Subscriptions are billed via LiqPay on a monthly, 6-month, or annual basis. You choose to pay in EUR (foreign-currency card, charged directly) or UAH (domestic card, converted at our published reference rate) — either way, the price you're shown is the price you pay, with no separate cross-currency markup added by us.
- New learners use Wordivo free up to their first 25 words. To add more words you choose to subscribe — there is no automatic charge; a subscription starts only when you opt in.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current paid period.
- Prices may change; we'll give notice before any change affects you.
5. Teachers, pricing & payouts
- Teachers set their students' monthly price within the allowed range (€3–€20).
- Wordivo retains a flat platform fee of €3 per student payment; the remainder is the teacher's earnings.
- Earnings accrue monthly as students remain active (for prepaid periods, earnings are credited month by month, not as a lump sum).
- Payouts are made on request, subject to a minimum payout amount and the payout terms published in-app. Any third-party transfer or bank fees on the teacher's side are the teacher's responsibility.
- Teachers are responsible for their own taxes on earnings.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, infringe others' rights, upload unlawful or abusive content, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, or resell access without permission.
7. Intellectual property
Wordivo and its content (excluding vocabulary you create) are owned by us or our licensors. You keep ownership of vocabulary and content you add; you grant us a license to store and process it to provide the service.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is". Learning outcomes depend on individual use; we do not guarantee specific results, nor uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Termination
You may stop using the service anytime. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or for legal/operational reasons.
11. Refunds
See our Refund & Cancellation Policy. As the seller, we handle refund requests directly and issue approved refunds back to your original LiqPay payment method.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
13. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
